Return & Exchange Policy – Mr. Drippin
At Mr. Drippin, we believe in delivering premium quality. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags and packaging must be intact
- Products bought during sale or clearance are non-returnable
2. Exchange Policy
- We offer size exchange only (subject to availability)
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Reverse pickup will be arranged by our team
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Discounted / Sale items
- Worn, washed, or damaged products
- Products without original tags
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
- Refund will be issued as:
- Store Credit (preferred) or
- Original Payment Method (within 5–7 business days after approval)
5. Reverse Pickup
- We provide reverse pickup in selected locations
- If unavailable, customer must self-ship the product
- Shipping charges may apply in certain cases
