Return & Exchange Policy – Mr. Drippin

At Mr. Drippin, we believe in delivering premium quality. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Products bought during sale or clearance are non-returnable


2. Exchange Policy

  • We offer size exchange only (subject to availability)
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged by our team


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Discounted / Sale items
  • Worn, washed, or damaged products
  • Products without original tags


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if:
    • Wrong product delivered
    • Damaged or defective product received
  • Refund will be issued as:
    • Store Credit (preferred) or
    • Original Payment Method (within 5–7 business days after approval)


5. Reverse Pickup

  • We provide reverse pickup in selected locations
  • If unavailable, customer must self-ship the product
  • Shipping charges may apply in certain cases

7. Important Notes

  • Unboxing video is mandatory for damaged/wrong product claims
  • Mr. Drippin reserves the right to reject returns if quality check fails
